Yes, absolutely. ZR Aroma sources all fragrances directly from authorised distributors and official brand channels. Every bottle is 100% authentic and comes with its original packaging and seals intact.
We accept payment via bank transfer only. Once you place your order, you will receive our bank details on the confirmation page. After transferring the payment, please send a screenshot via WhatsApp to confirm. Your order will be processed once payment is verified — typically within a few hours.
We process orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) typically takes 2–4 business days. Other cities may take 4–7 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
We accept returns on damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking information via WhatsApp. You can also log into your account and visit "My Orders" to see your order status at any time.
Currently, we ship within Pakistan only. We are working on expanding our delivery network and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
Store fragrances away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool, dark place such as a drawer or closet is ideal. Avoid storing perfumes in the bathroom, as the temperature and humidity changes can degrade the fragrance over time.
