Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered.
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances (unless damaged/defective).
  • Items without original packaging and seals.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our contact form or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be issued via bank transfer to your original payment account.
