Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp message from our team once your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Delivery Timeframe
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities: 4–7 business days
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Packaging
All fragrances are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Gift orders include complimentary gift wrapping at no extra charge.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking information via WhatsApp. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
